This constitutes an agreement for wedding photographic services for the Executive Wedding Package. It is also understood that any and all digital images remain the property of the photographer, Shea Beckham, and may be used for advertising, display, website, portfolio, or any other purpose thought proper by Timeless Photography. The client will receive two photographers on the day of their wedding and will have no time limit. The couple will also receive a full engagement session or anniversary session with this package. It is the clients responsibility to contact the photographer to schedule one of these sessions. A crystal USB drive containing all the digital prints taken at the specified event will be given to the above name with no restrictions on printing or sharing of these digital files. The digital photos will be Hi resolution .jpg format with full copyright release so the client can make prints and use for social media if desired. All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. based on the photographer's judgement. Payment for the entirety of the wedding is due by the wedding date. It is also understood that we will be the sole photographers for the amount of time needed. For a destination wedding, it is the client's responsibility to pay for lodging as many nights as the photographers are needed. For the No Time Limit -Executive Package, it is also the client's responsibility to provide food for the photographers as well as adequate amount of time to eat. When the digital rights are given to the client, Timeless Photography will not keep a back-up of the photos taken. It's the client's responsibility to make and store an extra copy of the digital pictures. The entire executive package is $2,450.00. A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of the wedding. Installments can be made if desired. I accept most Credit Cards, Venmo (@Shea-Beckham), cash, or check. If installments are requested to be paid by credit card, the client will pay credit card processing fees. There will be an additional travel charge if venue is not within an hour drive of the photographer's residence (30185 zip code). All retainer / deposit fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date based upon availability of the photographers. Our Cancellation Policy: If the client's wedding date is cancelled after the engagement session, it is the responsibility of the client to pay the photographer $350 (upon cancellation) to cover the session and digital rights/copyright release. It is also understood that if the wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of the wedding date, the client owes 50% of the wedding cost due to loss suffered by the photographer. The client shall notify the photographer in writing of any details, cancellations, or changes.
