This constitutes an agreement for wedding photographic services for the Gold Wedding Package. This is an hourly package and includes two photographers for up to FIVE hours of wedding coverage. (Unless arrangements are made to forfeit the engagement session for an extra 30 minutes.) If the photographers are requested more than the allotted time or unable to leave at the end of the time allowed, a $250 per hour charge will be added for each additional hour needed. It is also understood that any and all digital images remain the property of the photographer, Shea Beckham, and may be used for advertising, display, website, portfolio, or any other purpose thought proper by Timeless Photography. The couple can choose to receive a mini engagement session with this package. (Information on the Engagement Session for the gold package is above.) The wedding pictures will be released on a crystal USB drive with no restrictions on printing or sharing of these digital files. The digital photos will be Hi resolution .jpg format with full copyright release so the client can make prints and use for social media if desired. All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. based on the photographer's judgement. Payment for the entirety of the wedding is due by the wedding date. It is also understood that we will be the sole photographers for the amount of time needed. When the digital rights are given to the client, Timeless Photography will not keep a back-up of the photos taken. It's the client's responsibility to make and store an extra copy of the digital pictures. The entire Gold Package is $1,450.00. A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of the wedding. Installments can be made if desired. I accept most Credit Cards, Venmo (@Shea-Beckham), cash, or check. If installments are requested to be paid by credit card, the client will pay credit card processing fees. There will be an additional travel charge if venue is not within an hour drive of 30185 zip code. All retainer / deposit fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date based upon availability of the photographers. Our Cancellation Policy: If the client's wedding date is cancelled after the engagement session, it is the responsibility of the client to pay the photographer $350 (upon cancellation) to cover the session and digital rights/copyright release. It is also understood that if the wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of the wedding date, the client owes 50% of the wedding cost due to loss suffered by the photographer. The client shall notify the photographer in writing of any details, cancellations, or changes.
